peeps.....i am sooooo worry wit myself recently..
serious...aku takut tgk diri aku skang..
ciri2 kekurangan calcium dlm badan sgt obvious..
hmmm...
duduk lama2 ckit skit belakang..
tulang rs mcm nak tercabut..
jln lama ckit lenguh kaki (x termasuk part window shopping oke)..
even juz duduk susun file for 5 min dah sakit mcm 5 hours aku duduk..huhu
kuku aku tumbuh jd x cantik..berkerutu semcm..
teruknya aku....
sgt sgt risau...indeed!!!! plzzz.........

adakah aku dah termasuk dlm category serious kekurangan calcium???
obviously aku tau 2, but there's nothing much i can do..
bcoz foods wit high calcium smua aku x lalu nak mkn esp DAIRY PRODUCTS!!!
MILK 4 sure..never ever...
when my besties tnye aku..
'kau nie susu geli nak minum..hbs masa baby dulu kau minum ape??'
dgn bijaknya aku jawab...'aku dr kecik makan nasi terus'..haha
bab nak jwb aku teror..but bila dah jd mcm nie..senyap seribu tahun!!! :-(
mcm mana nie...bila nak minum jer 4 sure teringat org tgh perah susu lembu...

klu soya aku blh tahan lg...but it is not included in one of those high calcium food...

even yogurt n cheese pun aku x makan..
tp stuff crust pizza tu aku mkn...dat 1 my favvy!!
tp xkanla tiap2 hr nak mkn pizza...kosonglaa pocket aku...
guyss...ape aku nak bt nie??
should i tutup hidung n telan jer susu 2??
mcm kna paksa mkn ubat plak...

Guys here is d list of high calcium foods yg mostly aku x suka, benci, geli, n 'poison' pd aku..huhu

1 cup or milk (uwekkkkkk)
yogurt (uwek)
pudding, or 1 ½ ounce cheese (say no)
Non-fat or low-fat milk or buttermilk (uwekkkkkkkkk)
Low-fat chocolate milk (oklaaaa...but plz lebihkan choc than d milk)
Non-fat or low-fat yogurt (nooooooooooo)
Low-fat cheese (blh tukar dgn mayonis x???)
Whole Milk (high in fat) (say no)
Milkshake (high in fat) (uwekkk)
Hot chocolate (d one n only i like!!!)
Regular cheese (high in fat) (biarpun regular ttp 'no')
Pudding (made with skim milk) (made wit no skim milk boleh??)
Custard or Flan (so-so)
Sardines with bones (6) (bolehlaaa)


adakah tulang aku akan reput when my age turn to 50????

n d worst thing is 2 have a tot dat im goin 2 b a 'fragile old woman' then...
osteoporosis!!!!! uwaaaaaaaaa......

Alooo Pretty..........waaah!!this is my 1st time to give a comment in a blog.hehe...like ur blog:).so cool got ur own blog.hehe..wish to have 1..but im so....dumb went it comes IT world.U know la...hehe...ok back to ur post.Calcium??hmm...try makan ubat gigi...make it as ur breakfast.jgn makan mcm tu je try to b creative with it.for example sandwich with ur ubat gigi as jem.or instead of nasi lemak with sambal tukar dgn ubat gigi.i thnk it should work.nak lagi bagus beli kerang bakar but dont eat the kerang.kerang u give to org lain but kulit kerang u kunyah sampai hacur.kalau u cuba kunyah tulang lembu bagus gak height in calcium...sekian nasihat saya sebagai food nutritionist anda buat hari ini:)

xbrape rse susunye...
pas2 yogurt c.a try mkn yg fav blueberry...
xrse sgt susunye...

sbb kurang rse susu nye...

kalo tak silap aritu ada g jumpe org homeophaty(mcm ni kut ejaan nye;p) die kate mkn bijan. bijan tggi kalsium. tu tak la kan...tapi kalo bijan byk je dlm mknn melayu. kuih ada bijan, mknan goreng ngn minyak bijan. sume bijan la.atas roti burger pn ada bijan.kan...kalo nak dpt bijan yg besar lg, ada...g kat pjbt kartun ujang tu. ada pelukis nama bijan.mkn je die;p

Wah...kesian Che A..tah2 xsmpai 50thn..da patah da tulang2 awk tue yer...Try cari calcium yg dlm bentuk tablet kat pharmacy..rase mcm ade..kl x..u bole try search kat google..mknan2 lain yg bole mengantikn keperluan kalsium dlm tubuh bdn..good luck

mcm ni la..beli anlene...n add more milo...so ade rase choc skit...i guess so..yogurt pun ok..sekarng byk favour kan...strawberry...grapes..ok le tu...but anlene with chocs..is better

che a..kt farmasi ada jual tablet kalsium..kalo nk yg lg kualiti beli jenama amway.ms skolah dulu aku mkn betahun2..thats why tulang aku mcm besar sikit..hehe..actually aku pn hate susu jgk..

c a...tp kan..kelebihan hg bila kurang calsium ialah...ang ble wat lenkung s....if ang cukup calsium nti...dah agak susah ang nak wat cam tu beb...hehehe....so...kekalkan lah kurang calsium...heheheh...:P
